Aijaz is a senior procurement and supply chain advisor with over 25 years of experience leading complex transformation programmes across the GCC and the UK. He helps organisations strengthen cost optimisation, supply resilience, and digital capability, with a proven track record in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Defence, Financial Services, Retail, Distribution, and Construction & Infrastructure.

Prior to establishing his advisory practice, Aijaz held roles with British Oxygen Company, Charles River Associates, Accenture and KPMG, delivering strategic and operational solutions across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. His clients include Saudi Aramco, KUFPEC, Bapco, AGOC, Saudi Electricity Company, Marafiq, FEWA, Power International Holding and Power Bank.
Known for a collaborative leadership style, he aligns teams around a clear vision, accelerates performance, and drives measurable organisational outcomes. His core expertise spans Procurement Transformation, Supply Chain Strategy, Vendor Management, Operating Model Design, Logistics & Distribution, Risk and Inventory Management, and Operational Excellence.
Aijaz supports both complex blue-chip procurement functions and fast-growing teams seeking to scale maturity, with recent focus in the defence and utilities sectors.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and holds an MSc in Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation from Cranfield University, England.
